Measured service

Availability scope, monthly target, excluded maintenance, dependency exclusions, measurement source, reporting, claim windows, and service credits are specified in the signed SLA.

Recovery objectives

The launch architecture targets RPO 1 hour and RTO 4 hours only after a timed restore drill proves them. Until evidence is accepted, they remain release targets rather than achieved claims.

Incident communication

Contract contacts receive severity, impact, mitigation, update cadence, recovery, and post-incident evidence according to the approved incident plan.
